Terms of Service

The estimated time of delivery is 2 weeks to 2+ months after I send you the final sketch depending on the complexity and type of commission (E.g: A month minimum or more for live2d, a month and a week max for any type of illustrations. Usually a month for Live2D models.)
Female characters are preferred, although I can draw male, furry, mechanical , suggestive artworks, and reptiles as well.
Not accepting request for realistic style, I'd like to use my own style as much as possible, unless included in the payment to refer and replicate another.
If no reference, details or mood board would be really helpful for me, especially if it's a custom character.

I only receive payments via PayPal, G-Cash and Wise.
Additional $30 starting point for faster commissioning depending on the type of commission. $100 starting point for Live2D Models depending on complexity.
I accept upfront and 50/50 for illustrations, and then payment plan for Live2D models.
I may cancel or refuse your commission.

Final artworks will be sent after you send the full payment. I will be showcasing a low resolution preview/Cropped if not and then wait until I get fully paid.
Final artworks will be sent in the form of PNG at a full resolution, most of my canvas lean over 3000 px. PSD Files will be sent to Live2D clients.
Rigging clients will receive the .mco3 file and the following toggles, expressions, poses, etc.
Final artworks will be uploaded to either my Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other social media with lower resolution with the addition of watermarks unless client asked for a private commission.

Both the artist (me) and the client (you) should retain the Copyrights.
You are free to redistribute the artworks.
Unless you choose the "Commercial" category, DO NOT sell or make any profit from the artworks.
Please do not claim that you drew the commissioned artworks.
Credits are very important for me, please do!
